8 Natural and Quick Ways to Improve Your Skin

Hi everyone,

Pollution and long working hours take a toll on our skin. These factors can deplete the quality of even naturally great skin. Thus your skin starts to look wrinkled and old. So, why not use some natural and easy-peasy ways to take care of your skin. Have a look at the tips which you can use to take care of your skin.

Moisturize within three minutes of washing your face

You should apply body lotion when your skin is semi wet. The same logic goes for the face too. Your face soaks the water with which you wash your face. So, if you apply the face moisturiser immediately, then it will sink deep into your skin.

Exercise regularly for clear skin

You must exercise regularly so that your skin glows from within. Exercise will flush out the toxins and sweat from your face. That way your skin will be relieved from any bad oils and thus it will glow naturally and become clear.

Sleep at least one third hours of the day

Everyone must sleep for at least 7 hours a day. It has been scientifically proven that if you sleep for at least 7 hours a day then your skin automatically gets improved with your sleep cycle in the long run.

Eat more tomatoes in summers

Tomatoes have a pigment called lycopene in them which is scientifically proven to protect against UV rays. So, it’s time to feast on more and more tomatoes all round the year, especially in summers.

Cover yourself in the sun

As a rule of thumb, you must apply a good sunscreen before stepping out. But along with a sunscreen, keep a scarf or hat handy. These will keep you covered and provide extra protection.

Use virgin coconut oil

Virgin coconut oil is a must in your moisturising routine. The best trick is to use extra virgin coconut oil directly on your face. As a night cream or for oil cleansing, you can use it in whichever way you prefer.

Wash your face at night

If you have normal skin without any major issues like acne and pigmentation then wash your face at night only with plain water. You can reserve your face washes for the morning.
