Start your day with these happy habits

Getting up in the morning can be a quite task for some of you, snoozing alarm again and again or tell the person waking us up to buzz off. And when you finally wake up, you might not be in the best mood. The grumpiness lasts well into the day then, because we probably don't know how to make it go away. If you don’t want to fell morningblues anymore, try these happy habits that will brighten up your mornings.

Listen to music

Listening music while your shower and get ready is a great way to perk up your mornings. And what is even better is if you make a special morning playlist with songs that you know put you in a better mood.

Eat breakfast

This is one of the things that most of us skip every morning and it’s the biggest mistake we usually make. Eating breakfast is a guaranteed way to feel healthy, and instantly put yourself in a good mood, because who can be happy on an empty stomach? So make sure you start eating breakfast even if it's just a toast and peanut butter, and a fruit or juice.
Stretch

We know this might sound like too much effort, but stretching in the morning, as soon as you wake up, is very good for you. It gets your blood flowing better, and you'll immediately feel more active and raring to go.
Drink water

Make it practice to drink water every morning after you wake up. Whether it's warm water with lemon and honey, or warm water with apple cider vinegar, or just plain water, it's a great habit. It will get your metabolism going and also help your body detox.
Sleep on your back


One thing you can do while you sleep at night, to ensure you wake up in a better mood, is sleeping on your back. It has been found to be the ideal sleeping position to ensure that you wake up feeling happy.
