Eggless chocolate banana cake recipe

Hi everyone, 

When you find it over ripen, put inside a ziploc (with the peel) and freeze it. When you need, you can use it upto a month. You can thaw it in microwave and bake this eggless chocolate banana cake. 



Ingredients

Wheat flour – 1 & 1/4 cup
Banana (Long variety)  - 2
Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Oil (I used sunflower) – 1/3 cup
Water – 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Choco chips – 1/3 cup

Method


  1. In a mixing bowl, mash well the peeled ripen banana with a fork. Add rest of the ingredients to it.
  2. Preheat oven at 180 deg C (350 F). Mic and pour the mix into an 8 inch square greased pan.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and  bake for 35 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely before taking out of the pan. Cut into squares and serve.

veg bread pizza recipe

Hi everyone,

bread pizza can be prepared on tawa or in oven varying topping to your preferences. i always keep my bread pizza simple with just onions, capsicum, jalapeños and olives. however, you can also add pineapple, tomato and mushrooms to make it more tasty. if you are looking for chicken or any other non-veg pizza then vary the toppings accordingly.


Ingredients
  • 2 sandwich slices of white bread / whole wheat bread
  • 3-4 tsp butter
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 4 tsp onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tsp capsicum
  • 6 pickled jalapeños, based on spice level
  • ¼ cup black olives, chopped
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp oregano / italian seasonings
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions
  1. firstly, take bread slice and spread butter generously. further, toast the butter side till it turn golden and crisp. remove the bread slice from the tawa and spread pizza sauce over toasted bread slice.
  2. additionally top with chopped onions, capsicum, jalapeños and olives. also top with generous amount of grated cheese. and sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
  3. cover with a lid and allow to cook on low flame till the cheese melts completely. alternatively you can bake in oven in 500 degrees fahrenheit or 250 degree celsius for about 5-8 minutes.
  4. once the cheese melts immediately cut into slices.
  5. finally, serve bread pizza hot with chilli flakes and oregano on top.

This way you can stay away from the temptation to indulge in it.

Doing this reduces the risk of blood clots that can occur after prolonged sitting. Take occasional breaks from your laptop screen. This will help prevent dry eyes, headaches and blurry vision. Make sure you keep a distance of at least 50-60 cms between your eyes and the computer screen and there is adequate light in the room.

So this new year, ensure that your water intake is adequate. They say, for every 20 kgs, your body requires one liter of water. So make sure you are having adequate water but not intoxicating yourself. Excess water can eliminate essential salt from your body, making you feel exhausted all the time. So if you are having liquids like juices, green tea etc, accordingly adjust your water intake. Water intake should start as soon as you wake up in the morning. After a long sleep, your body gets naturally dehydrated and to refill the tank, a glass of water is required. This will also nourish your cells, and boost your metabolism.

9. Sleep on time

Due to many factors, sleeping well may not completely be under your control but hitting the bed on time surely is. Decide a specific bedtime and don't wait for yourself to feel sleepy. Stick to the time and you will see a drastic change in your health. Sleep is vital for both physical and mental well-being as resting time is repairing time. Waking up groggy in the morning is a sign of bad sleep that may affect your health more than you think it would.


10. Volunteer and help others


There have been numerous studies that suggest helping others brings happiness and as we all know, happiness is good for your well-being.
