Tasty and delicious eggless honey cake recipe

                     All are knows that Christmas  is near and the most important part of Christmas is cake, so today I give you eggless honey cake recipe for this Christmas.

Ingredients for eggless honey cake recipe

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon
Baking soda - 1 tea spoon
Oil - 1/4 cup
Honey - 3/4 cup

              Method to make eggless honey cake

1. First of all boil milk.

2. Take a bowl add milk , honey and whip nicely (you can use hand blender). Add oil , vanilla essence mix it and keep it aside.

 

3. Take another bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well, add small  amount  of wheat flour mixture at a time in sugar mixture and mix well.

4. Heat oven to 180c for 10 mins. Put cake mixture in cake bowl and keep it in oven and bake for 30 to 35 mins.
